Shipping and delivery times

For orders to the Czech Republic we use the services of Zásilkovna and GLS.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend using the GLS service - the package will be delivered the next working day.

The average delivery time is 1-2 working days. Depends on the type of payment and choice of carrier.

Yes, we ship orders to all EU member states and beyond. We would be happy to ship to the USA and Australia, for example.

We are based in the Czech Republic, specifically in Teplice and all orders are shipped from there.

After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information, including a map and routing number.

The final value of the transport will be calculated in the checkout after entering the delivery address and selecting the carrier.
For example, prices in the Czech Republic start at 59 CZK, in SK from 3.50 € EUR and in the USA from 40 $ USD.
Returns, exchanges and complaints

The goods must be new, unworn and with all tags, labels and in the original packaging (if included).
The return period is 14 days from receipt of the package.

You can send the goods to our address HICHIC, Závodní 751/8, Teplice, 415 01 in any way, with the help of any carrier.

If the ordered piece does not fit, we recommend returning it and creating another order for a new product.
Thanks to this procedure, you can enjoy the fitting goods much sooner than with the classic exchange "piece for piece".

The refund amount will be sent to your bank account within 14 days of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

The warranty period lasts by law for 24 months.

Payments

The order must be paid in advance, either online via credit card through the payment gateway, or via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, based on negative experiences, we do not accept COD payments. -
We recommend that you first check that you are allowed to pay online and have a high enough limit.

We only accept payments via 3D Secure ("Verified via VISA/Mastercard SecureCode").
This payment method is 100% secure and guarantees that the person using the card is the cardholder, as they need to be in direct contact with the bank to verify their purchase.
