1. Cleaning

  • We recommend spot cleaning small stains - mix lukewarm water (approx. 30°C) with a drop of mild wool detergent and soak a cotton swab or soft white cloth in the solution. Gently pat the stain. Do not scrape or rub to avoid damaging the fibers.
  • We especially recommend hand washing wool and cashmere. Use water at a maximum temperature of 30°C and a special detergent for wool and cashmere.
  • Gently squeeze and wring the clothing, but never rub or twist.
  • Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any detergent residue from the fabric.
  • Only machine wash if the soiled item's label allows you to do so. Only on low speed and low temperature with a mild detergent for woollen garments.

  • After washing, gently squeeze out excess water with a towel, never wring delicate fabrics.
  • Dry on a towel in a horizontal position to prevent the fabric from stretching.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.

3. Care

  • Cashmere and wool do not need frequent washing, just let them air out in the fresh air after each wear.
  • Use a hand steamer to freshen clothes and remove odours.
  • Before storing for a longer period of time (e.g. after winter), wash the garments and place them in breathable containers or vacuum bags and protect them from pests.
  • Fold clothes flat, never hang them to prevent them from stretching.
  • Only use liquid products designed for wool and cashmere. These products contain lanolin, which is beneficial for the fibers.
  • Remove lint regularly. Use a gentle lint remover or cashmere comb. Lint is a natural characteristic of natural fibers, and removing it will restore the appearance of the garment.
  • Be careful not to let the clothes come into contact with rough materials (e.g., rough bags, jewelry, or Velcro) that could damage the fibers.

4. Restoring shape

If a cashmere or wool garment loses its shape after washing, you can carefully restore it.

Wet method:

  • Place the washed garment on a dry, clean towel on a flat surface (e.g. a table or drying rack).
  • Gently adjust the shape with your hands – straighten the sleeves, bottom hem and other parts to match the original cut.
  • Check the shape during drying and adjust it if necessary.
  • Let the garment "rest" for 24 hours before wearing to allow the fibers to fully stabilize.

Dry method:

  • Use a steamer or iron with a steam function.
  • Hold the device about 2-3 cm from the fabric to steam, soften and make the fibers more pliable.
  • After steaming, gently shape the garment into the desired shape with your hands (e.g. straighten sleeves or adjust length) - do not use excessive force - the fibers may be damaged.
  • Let the garment rest for a while to allow the fibers to settle again.
